Here is a list of what the spawn will and will not include. If you have questions, contact me.

• The spawn will have average detail, unless you buy the Detail PLUS extra.

• The spawn will be exactly 60x60 blocks or less, unless you buy the Super Size extra.

• I will not supply slappers, or anything like them. I will build the spawn with vanilla MCPE blocks only (unless you have an addon that adds blocks, or retextured blocks.)

• The spawn can have a theme of your choice, like medieval, sci-fi, etc.
