I will create 5 puzzles using your words and clues or my own, or any combo of the two.

About:

I will create either free-form crossword puzzles, or the standard symmetrical crossword puzzles like those you would see in the newspaper.

Note that if you select the symmetrical version, all of your words may not make it due to the layout of the puzzle.  In Free-Form I can almost always use all of your words.
